Uses:
Sip as a therapeutic tea
Directions: Fill 1 teaspoon of herbal blend in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8oz of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea to find your ideal cup!
Soak in a restorative bath or facial steam
Directions: BATH: Pour half contents of herbal blend directly into bath water (only if you have a tub drain protector!) or into mesh tea bag to place into bath water. Submerge & relax. FACIAL STEAM: Heat pot of water until it's hot & steamy, but not boiling. Pour half contents of herbal blend into water and let steep for 10 mins. Create a tent with a towel over your head to inhale the steam for no more than 10 mins.
